基于51单片机的点阵式LED电子显示屏

AbstractWith the development of high technology and the birth of LED digitaltube,LED electronic advertising screen with large screen and clear pictureoften appears in daily life.Compared with the traditional monochromaticneon lights,it has better editable updating and meets good economic andmarket conditions.In order to facilitate the single chip microcomputer tocontrol the LED display system,this design mainly uses the STC89C51RCsingle chip to control the grid display of numbers and characters.Using a16*16 dot matrix LED image display screen,this design requires that thebrightness of each point of the LED display is the same,the text and numbersthat can be displayed are enough,and the text and numbers are stable enoughto design a complete and scrolling display of each text.The selectedSTC89C5IRC single chip has the characteristic of low cost,which cansimplify the maintenance and inspection of the whole system.In addition,thesystem can expand the function of the system by occupying only a smallamount of I/O port and memory on one processor.Keywords:STC89C51RC,LED dotmatrix display,serialcommunication
