AbstractThe following article takes the NC wire cutting machine as the operationexample,to the auxiliary worktable basic principlecombining the knowledge ofmechanical transmission and engineering mechanics,the worktable is designed,to achieve a larger size,high precision parts for the peripheral surface indexingprocessing and processing.In order to improve the accuracy,rigidity and stabilityof the worktable,and make the rotary NC worktable not only move along thedirection of x,Y,B and a,and it can move at the same time,and it can stop at anytime,and it can rotate at an angle.Not only can be used for machining surface,inclined surface and ARC surface,but also can be used for machining largeinclined surface (taper)and more complex straight curved surface parts.Itstransmission part mainly has:the gear rack transmission,the gear transmission,the worm and worm gear transmission.The other parts are mainly made up of theend face of the worktable,the bracket,the base and the box body.It can bear alarge the ability to bear the load is very strong,the positioning stiffness is good,the accurate precision,the good maintenance part shape,the enterprise processingtechnology efficiency can be improved,the numerical control system internalcontrol let the worktable automatically complete the indexing and positioningclamping work.positioning clamping.The table adopts end-tooth disc clampingdevice,high positioning accuracy with the ability of correct alignment.It has highinterchangeability,high wear resistance and good economic benefit,and will bewidely used in CNC wire cutting machine tools in the future.Key word:Auxiliary worktable,Turbine and worm,CNC wire cutting machine
