AbstractIn the structure of this design,stc12c5a32s2 plays the role of control center in theentire device,and x16012 and x14016 play the key role of power modules in the entiredevice.With the help of LCD1602 liquid crystal module,it can play the role ofdisplay screen,through which the input voltage,output voltage,output current andcontrol mode can be clearly seen.Combining current detection circuit,voltagedetection circuit,op amp feedback loop,ADC sampling circuit,DAC sampling circuitand other peripheral auxiliary circuits,in order to give full play to the adjustmentspeed of the CNC stabilized power supply based on the boost chip and the buck chipIt has the advantages of low rate and low load adjustment rate,and realizeshigh-precision low-ripple output and high-power output.This structure has twocontrol modes,which are the digital control mode and the manual control mode.Theformer uses the value entered by the keyboard to control the voltage value change.Inaddition,the keyboard can be used to accurately control the output voltage.The lattermethod is to use the potentiometer to directly control the output voltage.Thisstructure has these characteristics,is convenient to operate,and can realize thefunctions of overvoltage and current overload.Key words:CNC power supply;Single chip microcomputer;Booster;buck
