激光超声检测装置设计Design of Laser Ultrasonic Testing DeviceAbstractLaser ultrasonic detection technology is a new non-destructive testing method,withnon-contact,wide band,rich waveform,high resolution,great adaptability,etc.,becoming oneof the popular technologies in the field of nondestructive testing.This technology is suitablefor the detection of metal materials and the on-line detection of mechanical properties ofmaterials.The work of this paper is the laser ultrasonic detection device design research,the maincontents are:Firstly,after understanding the basic detection principle of laser ultrasonic detectiondevice,this paper analyzes the relevant requirements of laser ultrasonic detection in practicalapplication and the limitations of existing detection devices,and then proposes a new designscheme:Achieve a 5-axis simultaneous measurement of the laser ultrasonic inspection deviceby the controller and the double head.Secondly,this article designs the specific of the device,including the selection of thematerial and size of each component of the laser ultrasonic inspection device and a motioncontrol devicethe,then carries out the three-dimensional modeling of the device and analysisthe stiffness and strength of important parts,to determine the design of the components canmeet the requirements.After which the driving means of the apparatus is selected and acontrol program of the driving section is programming.Finally,this paper analyzes the data of the products measured by Xi'an Jinbo DetectionInstrument Company,and introduces the measurement method and data processing method oflaser ultrasonic detection device with data and graphics,simple and intuitive.The design of this paper provides a way for the development of laser ultrasonic detectiondevice.Key Words:Laser Ultrasonic;Multi-axis motion controller;Inventor;ProgrammingcontrolII-
