AbstractStepping motor is an executive element controlled by electric pulse signal and it is widelyused in various fields.The popularity and application of microelectronic technology and therapid development of microcomputer have gradually entered the field of motor application.Compared with the huge and complex controller constructed by hardware circuit,software cansolve this problem more easily.Because of the simple structure and low cost of the open loopsystem composed of step motor,it is of great value to design a stepper motor control systembased on single chip microcomputer,and it will also be widely used in various fields.This topic mainly studies the demonstration design of the stepper motor system based onsingle chip microcomputer,which includes the working principle and the overview of the stepmotor and the single chip microcomputer.We apply the method of software and hardware to thedesign of the stepper motor control system,which can effectively reduce the time and cost of thedevelopment of the system.In order to realize the function of azimuth setting and positioncontrol of the stepper motor,and display the working state of the stepping motor in real time,weuse the Protues simulation software to complete the basic functions of the starting stop,positiveand reversal,acceleration and deceleration of the motor,and the monolithic machine,thestepping motor drive chip and the character type LCD and other element modules,and design astepper motor simulation control system with controller and driver.Keywords:stepping motor;drive circuit;single chip microcomputer;simulation and controlsystem
