AbstractAbstractThe task of the mine hoist is to achieve the contact between the mine floor and themine.It is mainly responsible for the transportation of mine workers,materials andmechanical equipment.In the daily production of mines,mine hoists need to becontinuously upgraded and decentralized.The safety and reliability of their work aredirectly related to the safety of miners and the safety of mine production.In the eventof a breakdown,the suspension of production,machinery and equipment damage,heavy casualties,and adverse social impacts will occur.Therefore,the requirements forimproving the reliability and safety of the electrical and electronic control system aremore stringent,and the reliability and safety of the electrical and electronic controlsystem are improved.It is also the focus of current research on the electrical andelectronic control systems.This paper takes the upgrading and reconstruction of the electronic control systemof Baidong Mine in Datong City,Shanxi Province as a typical case,and upgrades itsentire electronic control system.Starting with the technical parameters of the mine andthe elevator system,the composition of the elevator system and the role of eachcomponent are introduced.Then analyzed the scheme of the electric transmission,thusdetermined the entire electric control system transformation plan.By comparing thefuzzy adaptive tuning PID control algorithm and the traditional PID control algorithmin the intelligent control algorithm,the superiority of the control effect of the fuzzyadaptive tuning PID control algorithm is verified.The algorithm can be applied to thelift control.After a brief introduction of programmable controllers and high-voltagefrequency converters,the S7-300 series PLC manufactured by Germany's Siemens AGand the cross-converter produced by Shandong New Vision Co.,Ltd.were finallyselected in terms of hardware.And in the software of STEP 7 programming softwarefor the electronic control system part of the designer.Through the configurationsoftware of the upper computer,the Wanwei touch screen is configured,and theoperation condition of the hoist can be monitored in real time through the touchscreen.Finally,the electronic control system was debugged on the test bench.Raising the level of development of electrical and electronic control systems has adirect impact on the production level of mines.PLC is used as the main control system,Π
