AbstractFrequency is an effective energy saving technologies,energy-saving rate of its veryhigh,almost to design changes in the amount of redundancy and waste of all energysavings;also because of its speed and high precision,high power factor characteristics,the use of it can improve product quality,yield,and reduce the loss of materials andequipment,but also can reduce the mechanical wear and noise,improve the workingenvironment workshop to meet the requirements of production technology.This paper first introduces the Siemens S7-300 PLC hardware and how to use thebasic situation,Lenze 8200 Inverter and how to use hardware description.Step7 alsointroduced the use of programming software.And then introduced the principle andmethod of VVVF,combined with the experimental design,introduced the idea of thedesign and experimental design diagram of the principle of connecting the hardware,thedistribution of PLC input and output nodes,the design of analog digital conversionmethod,and then programming,debugging the system.Keywords:Frequency Control.PLC Frequency ConverterAnalogdigitalconverter
