无锡职业技术学院毕业设计(论文)说明书摘要:本文基于三菱PLC,设计了伺服平台设计系统,控制系统电气原理图设计,触摸屏控制接口制作,伺服驱动器参数设置,PLC程序设计等细节。由于PLC直接控制伺服电机,具有系统结构简单、运行可靠、扩展性强、实用性强等优点。UE.然后,介绍了基于PLC的三菱伺服控制系统的设计,并通过一系列试验证明该系统具有稳定性、定位精度和广泛的兼容性。关键字:三菱PLC;伺服电机:定位控制Abstract:This paper is based on mitsubishi PLC,servo platform design system design,control system electrical schematic diagram design,touch screen control interface production,servo driver parameter setting,PLC program design and other details.Because PLC directlycontrols the servo motor,it has the advantages of simple system structure,reliable operation,strong expansion and better practical value.Then,the mitsubishi servo control system designbased on PLC is presented,and a series of tests prove that the system has stability,positioningaccuracy and wide compatibility.Keyword:Mitsubishi PLC;Servo motor;Positioning control第2页共31可
