无锡科技职业学院毕业设计〔论文)基于plc的水塔水位设计Water level design of water tower based on PLCAbstract:The traditional way of water tower level control needs more powerconsumption,greater changes in water pressure and easy to cause secondary pollutionof water quality.To a certain extent,it can not meet the requirements of the stability andquality of water supply control system for the residents.Applying advanced automaticcontrol technology and frequency conversion technology to water level control systemcan not only reduce energy consumption,but also improve the problems in the processof water supply.To a certain extent,it also plays an active role in promoting socialdevelopment.The water level control system of water tower is an electromechanical integratedwater system which uses frequency conversion and speed regulation technology andPLC technology to realize automatic water level control.The water tower water levelcontrol system described in this paper takes the water tower water level control pressureas the research object,adopts the PID control algorithm,controls the frequencyconverter through the PLC,and then controls the speed of the pump unit,finallyachieves the goal of constant pressure water tower water level control.This paper introduces the application of automatic water tower water level controlsystem in water tower water level control of a local residential area.The outputfrequency of frequency converter is controlled by PLC,then the speed of pump motor iscontrolled by frequency converter to realize the constant pressure water tower waterlevel control system,and the parameters of PID control design are selected to achievethe purpose of optimal control.The key to the design of the system is to maintain theconstant water pressure of the pipeline network.Considering the large number of usersand the lack of fixed water consumption time,the water pressure in the pipeline networkwill fluctuate to a certain extent,so the PID method is chosen to construct themathematical model for the design,and satisfactory results are obtained in practicalapplication.Key Words:Constant pressure water supply;Programmable controller;PID control;Frequency conversion speed regulation.
