南京科技职业学院毕业设计(论文)ABSTRACTThis topic is based on PLC glass production line system control.The systemadopts PLC combined with frequency conversion speed control system to complete thecalculation and output of temperature,running speed of feeding roller,sequencecontrol of system operation,already state,alarm display and so on.Using PLCprogramming not only improves the accuracy of field control signal,but also modifiesthe program on the spot and is convenient for maintenance.By using configurationsoftware,users can easily construct a "data acquisition system"to meet their ownneeds,realize real-time data monitoring and management,ensure the smooth flow ofinformation in the whole range,and meet the needs of modern production.The system uses Siemens S7 PLC as the control core,plus EM223 digital inputand output expansion module,EM231 analog input expansion module,EM232analog output expansion module,Kingview configuration software as the uppercomputer,plus frequency converter control,a glass production line control systembased on PLC control.By analyzing the requirements of control process,PLC andfrequency converter are selected,the main circuit and control circuit are designed,the input and output points are assigned,and the input and output wiring diagram isdesigned.By analyzing the control requirements,the control program flow is designed.The ladder diagram and statement table program are designed by using Siemensprogramming software Step7 Micro-WIN.Finally,Kingview is used to design thepicture,and the expected design purpose is achieved.KEYWORDS Glass production line;PLC;Kingview
