本科论文关键词：仓储中心；SLP;层次分析法：模糊综合评价AbstractWith the rapid development of society and the remarkable improvement of nationaleconomy,the auto parts industry is developing rapidly,so the storage industry hasunprecedented opportunities.This paper takes the layout design and evaluation of thestorage center as the research object.On the basis of referring to the existing theories,thefunctional area and operation process of the storage center are analyzed in detail,and thelayout plan of the storage center of H company is designed and evaluated.To reducelogistics costs,improve work efficiency for the purpose of the design of the scheme.Make the layout of storage center more scientific and improve the competitiveness of Hcompany in the whole industry.The main contents of this design are as follows:(1)through the analysis of the current operation status of the storage center of Hcompany,which is mainly reflected in the layout and working process,the existingproblems are found out,and the improvement direction is given according to the existingtheoretical basis and the development trend of the storage center.(2)the application of SLP method for H company warehousing center layout,based onthe H company monthly throughput analysis of logistics warehousing center,drawn fromthe table,and divided the logistics intensity map logistics,then analysis the relationshipbetween logistics and according to the considerations that map the logistics,and logisticsrelated figure and the combination of logistics related figure.The correlation diagram offunctional area synthesis was obtained.Finally,draw the position correlation diagram andthe specific area drawing scheme diagram.(3)determine the index and establish a hierarchical model to obtain the weight of thefirst-level index and the weight of the second-level index.Determine the index,establish the
