基于Flexsim的某冷链仓储中心布局规划研究

本科论文关键词：冷链仓储中心：Flexsim;布局仿真优化：AbstractThe emergence and increasing prosperity of cold chain logistics not only provideopportunities for the development of the logistics industry,but also put forward higherrequirements for the layout of cold chain strorage centers.How to improve the operationefficiency of cold chain storage center has become the top priority among each logisticscompany.However,the improvement of operation efficiency of cold chain storage centersmainly depends on the continuous modification and optimization of storage center layout.Firstly,this paper expounds some knowledge theories about cold chainlogistics.Secondly,the operation process and layout planning of the cold chain storage centerare introduced,and the background and development status of a cold chain storage center isintroduced.The Flexsim software is then introduced,composend,and basic modeled in detaillayout.Flexsim simulation of a cold chain storage center,established the simulationmodle,simulation modle of the each entity set parameters and running after the modle,finallyitis concluded that the simulation results and data,to analyze the simulation results,find the"bottleneck"of the modle,then this optimization simulation modle is set up,get the optimalsolutionAccording to the layout diagram of a cold chain storage center,Flexsim simulation iscarried out to achieve a scientific and reasonable planning purpose.Through the simulation torealize the prediction and optimization of the distribution center of the regional workefficiency,effectively solves the congestion situation,improve the operation efficiency of thecold chain storage center.
