广州华立学院本科生毕业论文(设计)题目:基于胜任力模型A公司人才招聘体系优化研究学院管理学院专班业人力资源管理级22人力Z6班学号5122215030608姓名冯俊勇指导教师秦然2024年4月原创性声明本人郑重声明:在广州华立学院攻读学士学位期间,所提交的毕业论文(设计)《基于胜任力模型A公司人才招聘体系优化研究》,是本人在导师指导下独立进行研究工作所取得的成果。对本文的研究工作做出重要贡献的个人和集体,均已在文中以明确方式注明,其它未注明部分不包含他人已发表或撰写过的研究成果,不存在购买、由他人代写、剽窃和伪造数据等作假行为。本人愿为此声明承担法律责任。作者签名:日期:2024年4月广州华立学院本科生毕业论文(设计)摘要在当前竞争激烈的市场环境下,人才招聘无疑是每个企业都必须面对的关键问题。对于A公司而言,一个健全且高效的人才招聘体系不仅是企业持续发展的基石,更是实现战略目标的重要保障。然而,目前A公司在招聘过程中面临着一系列挑战。A公司的招聘流程尚不规范,缺乏统一的招聘标准,这导致招聘过程中的主观性和随意性较大。同时,招聘规划不明确,岗位描述不够精准,使得公司在寻找合适人才时难以精确定位。此外,人才筛选标准的不一致也导致招聘结果参差不齐,影响了整体招聘质量。更为关键的是,招聘有效率低,这不仅增加了招聘成本,还可能导致企业错失优秀人才。针对这些问题,本研究将深入剖析A公司人才招聘体系的现状,通过数据分析、员工访谈等方式,全面诊断存在的问题,并深入探讨问题产生的根源。在此基础上,本研究将提出基于胜任力模型的招聘体系优化方案。胜任力模型能够明确岗位所需的核心能力和素质,为招聘提供明确的参考标准。通过优化招聘流程、明确招聘规划、精准描述岗位、统一人才筛选标准以及提高招聘有效性等措施,旨在全面提升A公司人才招聘的效率和质量。期望通过本研究,能够为A公司构建一个科学、系统的人才招聘体系,从而为企业提供源源不断的人才支持,助力企业实现可持续发展。同时,也希望本研究的成果能够为其他类似企业提供借鉴。关键词:人才招聘体系:胜任力模型:招聘流程:招聘规划:人才筛选广州华立学院本科生毕业论文(设计)AbstractIn the current competitive market environment,talent recruitment is undoubtedly akey issue that every enterprise must face.For Company A,a sound and efficient talentrecruitment system is not only the cornerstone of the sustainable development of theenterprise,but also an important guarantee for the realization of strategic objectives.However,Company A is currently facing a series of challenges in the recruitment process.the recruitment process of Company A is not standardized and lacks unified recruitmentstandards,which leads to greater subjectivity and arbitrariness in the recruitment process.At the same time,the recruitment planning is not clear and the job descriptions are notprecise enough,which makes it difficult for the company to pinpoint the right talents.Inaddition,the inconsistency of talent screening criteria also leads to uneven recruitmentresults,affecting the overall quality of recruitment.More critically,recruitment efficiencyis low,which not only increases recruitment costs,but also may cause companies to missexcellent talents.Aiming at these problems,this study will analyze the current situation ofCompany A's talent recruitment system,comprehensively diagnose the existing problemsthrough data analysis,employee interviews and other means,and explore the root causes ofthe problems in depth.On this basis,this study will propose a recruitment systemoptimization plan based on competency model.Competency model can clarify the corecompetencies and qualities required for a position and provide a clear reference standardfor recruitment.By optimizing the recruitment process,clarifying the recruitment planning,accurately describing the positions,unifying the talent screening criteria,and improvingthe effectiveness of recruitment,we aim to comprehensively improve the efficiency andquality of talent recruitment in Company A.It is expected that through this study,ascientific and systematic talent recruitment system can be constructed for Company A,soas to provide the enterprise with a steady stream of talent support and help the enterpriserealize
