基于BM技术的哈尔滨星海高层写字楼设计摘要本写字楼设计无地下室、在地上共有10层。其中一层写字楼大厅,层高4.5米:其余二层到十层的层高均为3.6米,室内外高差为0.45米,写字楼的总高度为36.90米,写字楼的结构形式上需采用框架剪力墙结构,即框剪结构。写字楼的设计使用年限为50年,其基本风压为0.55kNm2,基本雪压为0.50kN/m2,其地面粗糙度类别为C类,此外建筑结构安全等级为二级,同时地基基础设计等级为乙级,并且建筑抗震设防类别为丙类(标准设防类),所在地区的抗震设防烈度为7度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g,其设计地震分组为第一组,同时建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类。本次设计聚焦于该写字楼的结构设计工作,具体采用资料调研的方法来确定结构的具体布置方案。结构设计的工作范畴主要包含两个关键部分,即结构计算以及结构施工图的绘制工作。首先需完成结构布置与构件截面尺寸估算,随后进行框架和剪力墙的刚度计算:接着依次开展竖向荷载、风荷载及水平地震作用的计算,并完成框架·剪力墙协同工作分析:之后需进行荷载效应组合、构件截面配筋计算,以及基础、楼梯、承台等部位的设计工作。本结构设计采用电算为主、手算为辅的方式完成,通过手工计算与计算机绘图相结合实现。施工图设计主要包含以下几方面内容:首先是基础平面布置图:接着是运用平法绘制的柱、墙、梁、板施工图:还有楼梯配筋图:另外也涉及结构施工图中的其他部分。一榀框架的配筋图采用手工绘制,其余图纸(如基础、墙、梁、板等)通过中国建研院PK-PM系列设计软件结合CAD完成绘制。关键词:框架-剪力墙结构:结构设计:结构分析AbstractThe office building design basement,in to a total of 10 layers.The layer office buildinglobby,4.5 meters tall;the rest two layer to ten storey are 3.6 meters,height differencebetween indoor and outdoor is 0.45 meters,office building with a total height of 36.90 meters,office building structure on the frame -shear wall structure,as frame shear wall structure.Office building design service life is 50 years,the basic wind pressure for 0.55kN/m2,basicsnow pressure for 0.50kN/m2,the surface roughness of class C,in addition structural safetygrade is secondary,also foundation design grade B,and the construction of anti Earthquakefortification category for the class C (standard fortification category),where the seismicfortification intensity of 7 degrees,the design of the basic seismic acceleration value of 0.10g,the design of earthquake grouping for the first group,while the construction site category II.This design focuses on the structural design of this office building.The structural layoutis determined by searching relevant data.The structural design includes structural calculationand the drawing of structural construction drawingselevation map and profile.Structuredesign including structure calculation and structural construction drawing.Among them,thestructure calculation including the structural arrangement,component section size estimation,frame and shear wall stiffness calculation,the vertical load calculation,calculation of windload and horizontal seismic action,the collaborative analysis of frame shear wall,load effectcombination and reinforcement calculation,foundation design stair design and foundation andpile cap design.Structural design by Combination of manual calculation and computergraphics methods to accomplish,to hand count is given priority to,with the appropriateelectrical calculation.Drawings including based layout,column flat construction drawing,smooth wall construction drawing,Liangping construction drawing,flat method constructionplans and stairs reinforcement figure.Construction drawing requirements drawing usingTianzheng design software,structure construction drawing by hand draw one pin framereinforcement plans and other design drawings by China Construction Research Instituteprepared the PK PM series design software combined with the CAD drawing
