苏宁易购财务风险成因探析及防范对策研究摘要在过去宽松的货币周期时代，很多企事业单位在政府的支持下都走上了快速扩张的道路，在取得快速扩张的同时也为未来自身的发展留下了隐患，蕴藏着潜在的财务风险，稍有不慎就可能走向破产。随着国家反垄断政策的推行以及互联网行业的寒冬电子商务行业所处的环境也发生了巨大的变化，以往高速增长的形式难以持续。在后疫情时代，随着国家货币政策收紧、地方财政投入力度不够、自有资金短缺现象的产生，不少企业选择通过向银行借款筹集发展过程中需要的资金，潜在的财务风险突出。本文以苏宁易购为研究对象，结合我国电子商务行业改革的背景及国内外现有的研究成果，从筹资、投资及运营管理、现金流回收等方面分析苏宁易购财务风险防范现状及存在的问题，发现苏宁易购财务风险管理存在的问题包括资本结构不合理，应收账款管理薄弱，重资产投资弱化了企业盈利能力以及频繁并购增加商誉暴雷风险。结合分析出的结果提出防范财务风险的对策建议，包括合理优化负债结构，加强应收账款的控制，制定好投资战略并提升投资效率，放缓并购步伐、选择合适的投资标的。本文结合我国电子商务企业发展背景，分析苏宁易购财务风险防范问题并提出相应的对策建议，以期通过这些措施提升苏宁易购财务风险防范水平，对苏宁易购整体管理水平的提升具有重要的意义。关键词：财务风险：财务风险防范：风险分析：苏宁易购ABSTRACTIn the era of loose currency cycles in the past,many enterprises and institutionsembarked on the road of rapid expansion with the support of the government.Whileachieving rapid expansion,they also left hidden dangers for their own developmentin the future and contained potential financial risks.A little carelessness can lead tobankruptcy.With the implementation of the national anti-monopoly policy and thecold winter of the Internet industry,the environment for the e-commerce industry hasalso undergone tremendous changes,and the previous form of rapid growth isunsustainable.In the post-epidemic era,with the tightening of the national monetarypolicy,insufficient local financial input,and shortage of self-owned funds,manycompanies choose to borrow from banks to raise funds needed in the developmentprocess,and the potential financial risks are prominent.Taking Suning.com as the research object,combined with the background of mycountry's e-commerce industry reform and the existing research results at home andabroad,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems ofSuning.com's financial risk prevention from the aspects of financing,investment andoperation management,and cash flow recovery.It was found that the problems ofSuning.com's financial risk management include unreasonable capital structure,weak accounts receivable management,heavy asset investment weakening corporateprofitability,and frequent mergers and acquisitions increasing the risk of goodwillthunderstorms.Combined with the results of the analysis,it puts forwardcountermeasures and suggestions to prevent financial risks,including rationallyoptimizing the liability structure,strengthening the control of accounts receivable,formulating investment strategies and improving investment efficiency,slowingdown the pace of mergers and acquisitions,and selecting suitable investment targets.Based on the development background of my country's e-commerce enterprises,this paper analyzes the financial risk prevention problems of Suning.com and putsforward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to improve thefinancial risk prevention level of Suning.com through these measures,which is ofgreat significance to the improvement of Suning.com's overall management level.Key words:financial risk;financial risk prevention;risk analysis;Suning Tesco目录1引言..1.1研究背景及意义1.1.1研究背景1.1.2研究意义1.2国内外研究现状1.2.1关于财务风险成因的相关研
