企业成本控制以春秋航空公司为例摘要在当今信息化时代，如果企业想增加自身利润空间、更好的生存下去，成本控制是非常重要的。进行良好的成本控制，不仅可以促进企业良好发展，更能提升企业在行业中的市场竞争力。改革开放以来，我国从计划经济到市场经济，经济快速发展，逐渐引领世界。在经济快速发展时，企业经历了变革。不断追求利润，进行成本控制是企业生存和发展的不变法则。因此，本文以春秋航空公司为例，对当前企业成本控制现状进行分析，并且概括总结出企业成本控制中所存在的问题，并针对问题提出相应的改进措施及建议。关键词：企业成本控制：春秋航空：成本控制措施ABSTRACTIn today's information age,cost control is very important if enterprises want toincrease their profit margins and survive better.Good cost control can not only promotethe good development of enterprises,but also enhance the market competitiveness ofenterprises in the industry.Since the reform and opening up,China's economy hasdeveloped rapidly from planned economy to market economy and gradually led theworld.During the period of rapid economic development,enterprises experiencedchanges.The constant pursuit of profit and cost control are the invariable laws for thesurvival and development of enterprises.Therefore,taking spring airlines as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of enterprise cost control,summarizes theexisting problems in enterprise cost control,and puts forward correspondingimprovement measures and Suggestions.Key words:Enterprise cost control:Spring airlines:Cost control measures
