送审论文ABSTRACTWith the exploitation of the deep resources of coal mining,the shaft construction of thedeep surface soil is a major technological problems often encountered in the process of wellsbuilding.The freezing method is the main constrtion method of the building wells in deepsurface soil by now.as a deep underground project,it is key related to the safety constructionthat the intensity and the thickness of frozen wall,wall structural stability condition.Rely onthe main-pairwall shaft sinking project of zhao Lou mine in JuYe mining area(the thickness ofalluvium:471-475m,the freezing deepth:527~534m),the monitoring and controlling issue isstudied and discussed in the process of wall sinking by freezing method in deep topsoil whichdepth is over 400m by field monitoring numerical simulation and meta-analysis.Byremote real-time monitoring to the freezing method wall sinking process of deep topsoil shaft,the main information of temperature,strain of shaft lining,stress of steel bar,freezing pressureand so on is obtained.The deformation law of freezing wall in the freezing shaft excavationprocess is revealed,the safety of outer shaft wall,freezing wall and freezing pipe is ensured.Agood result is got.The change law of freezing pressure,outer steel bar axial force and concretestrain during shaft sinking is studied.Using FLAC3D computer simulation technology,thedistribution feature of well wall stress and distortion is analyzed,and the force and distortionlaw of freezing wall and well wall is summarized during shaft sinking by freezing method ofprofund top soil.It offers more credible theoretical basis and important technic reference tothe safe-fast construction using freezing method in deep surface soil on Zhao Lou mine.The research results accumulated successful experience to the WAN FU mine of JU YEdiggings(freezing depth 760m)and its construction using freezing method in deep top soilshaft,and they had significant directive significance.Key Words:deep surface soil freezing shaft sinking shaft wall of freezing wall,monitoring and controlling ,computer simulation
