电子商务对吉林省对外贸易发展的影响研究摘要跨境电商是随着互联网普及从而衍生出的一个新兴行业，此行业的出现能够为吉林省的电子商务提供了很大的发展空间，这是因为该行业具有较强的包容性，不受时空限制，能够在全球范围内进行交易，并且能够解决买、卖双方信息不同步的问题，促进交易效率的提高。自2020年初以来，跨境电商为缓解新冠疫情带来的影响起到积极的作用。吉林省为支持跨境电商的发展，举办了一系列举措，也表明吉林省下一步的发展经济的战略将是开放电子商务。在2021年，吉林省为了推动电子商务的发展，已经开始着手为电子商务建立平台，平台中包含线上公共服务区和跨境电商核心示范区，从而经保税物流中心所需的各种功能完善，当平台完善后对该市电子商务的发展将起到极大的推动作用。到2021年为止，该市电子商务的交易额同比增长24.1%。其中，吉林省的大米烤冷面、松子、黑木耳等农作物产品纷纷走出国门，成为国际，成为跨境电子商务中的热销产品。然而吉林省地处东北且是我国重要的内陆省份，与广东、浙江这些省份相比发展较为缓慢。因此本文将探讨在互联网高速发展的今天，吉林省应对复杂局势的主要对策。通过整合对外跨境电商平台把贸易中的各个资源环节，发现吉林省的跨境电商平台带来了以下积极影响，例如降低了运营成本、简化了贸易流程、增强了企业的竞争能力。同时还带来了以下消极影响，例如过度恶性竞争扰乱了市场秩序、信息服务配套措施不健全、引发了非法集资和高利贷。说明对外电商本身具有不可比拟的优势，但是在发展过程中，依然存在着一定的问题，因此本文在全面分析吉林省跨境电商发展现状的基础上，为吉林省跨境电商的发展提出了一定的应对策略，以期为后续学者的研究提供一定的理论支持和借鉴。关键词：吉林省跨境电商优化措施AbstractCross-border e-commerce breaks through time and space constraints,reducesthe problem of information asymmetry between supply and demand,improvestransaction efficiency,and provides more development opportunities for e-commercein Jilin Province."Buying global"and "selling global"fully reflect the inclusivenessof trade.Since the beginning of 2020,cross-border e-commerce has played a positiverole in alleviating the impact of COVID-19.In order to support the development ofcross-border e-commerce,Jilin Province has held a series of measures,which greatlyreflects the confidence and determination of Jilin Province to open up e-commerce.By 2021,the core demonstration area of cross-border e-commerce in Jilin City andthe online public service platform in Jilin City have both entered the planning andconstruction stage,and the functions of the bonded logistics center are also beingimproved.With the continuous improvement of the cross-border e-commercecomprehensive pilot zone platform,Jilin City cross-border e-commerce will usher inmore development opportunities,and will also open a new road for the developmentof the e-commerce industry.As of July,the transaction volume of Jilin Provincee-commerce in 2021 increased by 24.1%year on year.Among them,Jilin Provinceof rice,baked cold noodles,pine seeds,black fungus and other crop products havegone abroad,become international,become the best-selling products in cross-bordere-commerce.However,Jilin Province is located in the northeast China and is animportant inland province in China.Compared with Guangdong and Zhejiang,theseprovinces develop relatively slowly.Therefore,this paper will discuss the main countermeasures of Jilin Province todeal with the complex situation with the rapid development of the Internet today.Byintegrating foreign cross-border e-commerce platforms to integrate various resourcelinks in trade,it is found that the cross-border e-commerce platform in Jilin Provincehas brought the following positive effects,such as reducing operating costs,simplifying the trade process and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Atthe same time,it has also brought the following negative effects,such as theexcessive and vicious competition disrupting the market order,the imperfect
