菜鸟成都双流标准5号仓管理问题研究摘要随着商业模式的不断更新，越来越多的物流手段被越来越多的人所接受，仓储型物流业务急需升级改造，各个物流公司都在试图减少仓库，实时分发，控制仓储环节产生的成本，传统的仓储型物流业务也将在这变化中受到一定的冲击，仓储型物流业务亟需升级改造，降本增效的改革行动迫在眉睫。在上述背景下，笔者选取了菜鸟成都双流标准5号仓库作为研究对象，旨在发散优化物流仓储行业的思路，并就菜鸟成都双流标准5号仓库的仓储业务过程、仓储布局等进行了详细的调查和分析，并对上述过程中的不合理和不规范进行了探讨，对该仓库管理现状进行深入研究，旨在找出仓库管理过程中存在的问题和效能瓶颈，并针对问题，提出解决方案。本文采用文献研究法，问卷调查法对仓库管理过程展开深入研究，结合菜鸟成都双流标准5号仓库现状进行了总结并以此提出对仓库管理研究的思路，内容及方法，并对成都市仓库目前仓储管理过程中存在的主要问题进行系统性的分析。分析发现，成都市仓库仓储运营效率低下的主要核心问题在于：仓储管理流程不完善，仓储布局规划不合理，管理人才不足等几个个方面。然后，针对仓库仓储管理存在的问题，提出改进方案。如重新改造出入库作业流程，对仓储布局重新规划，对人员管理制定可持续的培养计划等。以期能使菜鸟成都双流标准5号仓库更好地发展其仓储业务，提高菜鸟成都双流的物流配送中心的整体服务水平和服务水平，从而提高成都双流的整体市场竞争能力。关键词：仓储管理：仓储流程：仓储优化菜鸟成都双流标准5号仓管理问题研究AbstractWith the continuous update of business models,more and more logistics means areaccepted by more and more people,warehousing logistics business urgently needs to beupgraded,various logistics companies are trying to reduce warehouses,real-timedistribution,control the cost of warehousing links,traditional warehousing logisticsbusiness will also be affected in this change,warehousing logistics business urgentlyneeds to be upgraded,cost reduction and efficiency improvement reform action isimminent.In the above context,the author selected Cainiao Chengdu Shuangliu StandardNo.5 Warehouse as the research object,aiming to diverge the ideas of optimizing thelogistics warehousing industry,and conducted a detailed investigation and analysis on thewarehousing business process and warehousing layout of Cainiao Chengdu ShuangliuStandard No.5 Warehouse,and discussed the unreasonable and irregular in the aboveprocess,and conducted in-depth research on the current situation of warehousemanagement,aiming to find out the problems and efficiency bottlenecks in the warehousemanagement process,and propose solutions to the problems.This paper uses the literature research method and questionnaire survey method tocarry out in-depth research on the warehouse management process,summarizes thecurrent situation of Cainiao Chengdu Shuangliu Standard No.5 Warehouse,and putsforward the ideas,contents and methods of warehouse management research,andsystematically analyzes the main problems in the current warehouse management processof Chengdu warehouse.The analysis found that the main core problems of theinefficiency of warehouse operation in Chengdu are:imperfect warehouse managementprocess,unreasonable warehouse layout planning,insufficient management talents andother aspects.Then,in view of the problems existing in warehouse warehousemanagement,an improvement plan is proposed.Such as re-transforming the inbound andoutbound operation process,re-planning the warehouse layout,and formulating asustainable training plan for personnel management.In order to enable Cainiao Chengdu Shuangliu Standard No.5 Warehouse to betterdevelop its warehousing business,improve the overall service level and service level ofCainiao Chengdu Shuangliu's logistics distribution center,and improve the overall marketcompetitiveness of Chengdu Shuangliu.Key Words:war
