机座工艺设计与工装设计

机座工艺设计与工装设计摘要机械的零件可能许多人不是很了解，但正因为有了这样一个个小的零件才能组成我们能够使用的机器。本论文中主要以机座设计为中心，通过查找资料，并结合相关计算的内容还有配图的方式，完整的展示一个零件设计的全部过程。大体上分为四个部分，第一个部分就是设计的任务及一些基本要求，这个部分主要向大家展示了一些零件部分的基本的内容，还包括一些处理的方式：第二部分就是设计的要求和方法。我们应该如何选择制成机座的过程，按照相应规定的要求，我们制定工艺线路等几个部分，在这部分内容里面配有计算说明：第三个部分就是工艺的路线，了解工艺在整个设计里面的作用：第四个部分机床与工装的设计，在文中有相应计算部分的内容。论文的最后部分总结。通过论文的形式也能够让人们更加了解零件从无到有的过程，让人们能够更加熟悉。关键词：机床：工艺：机座：零件Base process design and tooling designAbstractMany people may not know the parts of machinery very well,but it is precisely because ofsuch small parts that we can use the machine.This paper mainly focuses on the design of the base,and shows the whole process of a partdesign by searching for information,combining with the content of relevant calculations and theway of drawing.It is generally divided into four parts.The first part is the design task and somebasic requirements.This part mainly shows you the basic contents of some parts,including someprocessing methods;The second part is the design requirements and methods.How should wechoose the process of making the base?According to the requirements of the correspondingregulations,we formulate several parts such as the process line,in which there are calculationinstructions;The third part is the process route,to understand the role of process in the wholedesign;The fourth part is the design of machine tool and tooling,and the content ofcorresponding calculation is included in the text.The last part of the paper is a summary.Through the form of the paper,people can also better understand the process of parts fromscratch,so that people can be more familiar with.Key words:machine tool;workmanship Base;spare parts目录3
