辽宁科技大学工商管理硕士(MBA)学位论文摘要随着市场经济的发展,国内经济增速逐年放缓,特别是随着后疫情时代的到来和原材料、人力成本的持续走高,使得生产制造行业的竞争日益激烈,客户对产品性能、个性化需求和交付周期等方面的要求日益严苛,制造企业特别是民营制造企业面临着日益严峻的威胁和挑战。外部市场多变和经营成本的上升使得企业不仅需要在产品质量和市场营销上下功夫,还应当站在企业供应链的角度,应对潜在的外部风险和经营压力。而采购管理作为供应链管理的重要组成部分,是企业和上游供应商之间的桥梁和纽带,通过对原材料价格、质量、交付周期等的管理对企业的生产经营和客户关系维护等方面起着至关重要的作用,采购管理水平的高低直接影响着企业综合竞争实力,采购管理的优化提升也越来越受到企业管理层的重视。本文以CTY公司为研究对象,CTY公司作为国内伸缩门制造企业的领军品牌,在国内制造企业特别是民营制造企业中具有一定的代表性。本文通过对CTY公司采购管理现状的研究,从被动变更需求、沟通交流不善、非标产品采购和小产品供应四个方面对CTY采购案例进行梳理分析,找出CTY公司在采购实践中存在的短板和不足。然后结合采购管理和库存管理等相关理论知识,从需求计划、供应商管理、采购流程和库存管理和四个方面分析采购管理工作存在的问题,并从采购计划与实际脱节、对供应商缺乏了解、老式采购流程缺乏活力和库存材料疏于分类四个方面分析问题产生的原因。进而结合企业采购管理实际,从优化需求计划,加强供应商管控,采购流程重构和库存分类管理四个方面提出有针对性的对策建议,在提升CTY公司采购管理效能的同时,为其他民营制造企业开展采购管理优化工作提供有益的参考和借鉴。关键词:采购管理;对策;优化AbstractWith the development of market economy,domestic economic growth has slowed down yearby year,especially with the advent of the post epidemic era and the continuous rise of rawmaterials and labor costs,the competition in the manufacturing industry has become increasinglyfierce,and customers have increasingly stringent requirements for product performance,personalized demand and delivery cycle,Manufacturing enterprises,especially privatemanufacturing enterprises,are facing increasingly severe threats and challenges.The changeableextemal market and the rise of operating costs make enterprises not only need to work hard onproduct quality and marketing,but also should deal with potential extemal risks and operatingpressure from the perspective of enterprise supply chain.As an important part of supply chainmanagement,procurement management is the bridge and link between enterprises and upstream1绪论suppliers.Through the management of raw material price,quality and delivery cycle,it plays avital role in the production and operation of enterprises and the maintenance of customer relations.The level of procurement management directly affects the comprehensive competitive strength ofenterprises,The optimization and improvement of procurement management has also been paidmore and more attention by enterprise management.This paper takes Cty company as the research object.Cty company,as the leading brand ofdomestic telescopic door manufacturing enterprises,is representative of domestic manufacturingenterprises,especially private manufacturing enterprises.Through the research on the currentsituation of procurement management of Cty company,this paper combs and analyzes Ctyprocurement cases from four aspects:passive change demand,poor communication andcommunication,non-standard product procurement and small product supply,and finds out theshortcomings and deficiencies of Cty company in procurement practice.Then,combined with therelevant theoretical knowledge of procurement management and inventory management,thispaper analyzes the problems existing in procurement management from four aspects:demandplanning,supplier management,procurement process and inventory management,and analyzesthe causes of the problems from four aspects:the disconnectio
