"城中村"改造项目社会稳定风险评估问题研究-以铜仁市碧江区东关片区“城中村”改造项目为例摘要“城中村”改造项目是城镇化进程中不可避免的一环，并且在全国各大城市已经相继开展，但“城中村”改造项目中也出现了不少社会稳定风险评估问题。城中村改造项目建设和实施对提升人们生活水平意义重大，同时也是引发社会不稳定风险的导火索，中央高度重视人民群众切身利益的保护，重视社会的稳定和团结，所以中央不断深化推广和深化重大项目的社会稳定风险评估机制。本文以铜仁市碧江区东关片区城中村为例，对“城中村”改造项目的社会稳定风险评估存在的问题进行分析和研究。本文从六个方面展开分析，首先，第一部分是论文的绪论部分，这一部分对论文的研究背景、目的、意义、内容和方法进行研究和分析。其次，第二部分是对论文的相关概念和理论基础进行分析，相关概念分为两个概念，如城中村改造项目概念，社会稳定风险评估概念，在社会稳定风险评估概念中详细介绍了方法和程序。理论基础用了两个相关领域的理论进行分析，如风险管理理论和风险社会理论。论文第三部分对铜仁市碧江区东关片区“城中村”项目改造中社会稳定风险评估现状进行分析，对铜仁市碧江区东关片区“城中村”改造项目的基本情况和评估方案的具体实施进行全面的分析。论文第四部分对铜仁市碧江区东关片区“城中村”改造项目中社会稳定风险评估存在的问题展开研究。论文第五部分针对铜仁市碧江区东关片区“城中村”改造项目中社会稳定风险评估的问题，提出一些合理化并且具有针对性的优化对策。最后，是论文的结语部分，这一部分对全文的研究进行总结概括。关键词：“城中村”改造：社会稳定风险：评估AbstractThe reconstruction of"villages in cities"is also an inevitable part of the urbanization process,which has been carried out in major cities across the country.However,the reconstruction of"villages in cities"is also prone to social stability risks.Urban village renovation projectconstruction and implementation is of great significance to enhance the level of people's life,butalso the trigger for the risk of social instability,the central attaches great importance to theprotection of the people's vital interests,attaches great importance to the social stability and unity,so the central deepening to promote and deepen the social stability risk assessment mechanism ofmajor projects.Taking dongguan District of Bijiang District in Tongren city as an example,thispaper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the risk assessment of social stability in thereconstruction of "urban village".The research plan of this paper is carried out from six aspects.First of all,the first part of thispaper is the introduction part,which researches the research background,research purpose andsignificance,research content and methods,etc.The second part of the paper analyzes the relatedconcepts and theoretical basis,such as the concept of social stability risk,the concept of socialstability risk assessment,methods and procedures.The theoretical basis is developed from riskmanagement theory and risk society theory respectively.The third part of the paper analyzes thecurrent situation of the social stability risk assessment of the Urban Village project in DongguanDistrict of Tongren Bijiang District,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the basic situation ofthe urban village project in Dongguan District of Tongren Bijiang District,as well as the specificimplementation of the assessment scheme.The fourth part of the paper studies the existingproblems in the social stability risk assessment of urban villages in Dongguan district,BijiangDistrict,Tongren city.The fifth part of the paper puts forward some targeted optimizationcountermeasures for the social stability risk assessment of urban villages in Dongguan district ofTongren Bijiang District.The last part of the thesis is the conclusion part,which makes a summaryanalysis of the whole paper.It is hoped that the study of this paper will play
