本科论文AbstractAt present,the awareness of safety production of many cadres and staff in libraries isweak,the publicity of safety laws and regulations is not in place,and the facilities of firecontrol,circuit and protection are aging or missing.Most libraries have made contingencyplans,which have played a certain role,but there are also problems such as outdated content,poor publicity,lack of drills and so on.In view of the complexity and urgency of the currentemergency,the high asymmetry of information and the relatively limited informationresources of the current emergency,it is required to quickly and accurately make theemergency response decisions.The plan provides a set of safe and scientific decision-makingideas and effective decision-making methods for accurately analyzing and judging the largestscale,nature and degree of the current emergency and making reasonable decisions on thespecific timeliness of the emergency response plan and emergency measures.So as to greatlyr e d u ce th e s e v er i t y o f t he h a r m c a u s e d b y i t.This paper takes Liaoning Provincial Library as an example to study the libraryemergency rescue system.Through on-the-spot investigation and reference,we canunderstand the architectural layout of Liaoning Library,identify the risk sources and analyzethe risk.In view of the possible accidents and the severity of the consequences in the library,comprehensive emergency plan is formulated.Considering the prominent harm of fire andearthquake accidents to the library,a special emergency plan for fire and earthquake wasprepared.In order to improve the ability of emergency response,be familiar with the planand find out the shortcomings of the plan,emergency training and drill methods and plans.Keywords:Emergency plan;hazard source:Library
