某中型纯电动公交客车动力系统匹配设计摘要近年来,汽车工业发展迅速,传统燃油汽车的人均保有量在逐年增长,同时也使得燃油汽车工业要面临的危机逐步变大。严峻的能源和环境问题给燃油汽车市场带来了巨大的压力与挑战,但人类需要汽车的存在加快社会的发展,纯电动汽车成为目前市场的大致趋势,而其中的纯电动公交客车是城市道路交通必不可少的交通工具,但因目前的纯电动客车的技术还存在短板。基于此,本文针对某种中型纯电动公交客车的动力系统进行匹配设计。结合国内外现有的纯电动公交客车的动力系统研究,参考中型公交客车的结构参数与工况分析,分别从总体匹配设计、动力系统的匹配设计两个方面进行了参数的匹配计算与选型,最后通过比较,使用AVL Cruise仿真软件对参数的计算匹配的仿真结果进行分析,判断此设计匹配方案与参数是否符合设计的目标本文首先对公交客车进行了行驶情况的分析,通过公交客车的行驶特点,确定本文设计车辆的总体设计的两个方案,其次根据纯电动公交客车整车的基本设计参数和性能指标,通过最大车速计算最大功率从而来确定电机的峰值功率,进行驱动电机的型号选择,分别对两个方案的传动比进行计算后,比较选取其中一个方案,再对动力电池组分别进行选型以及能量、功率、电压以及单个电池数量和连接方式的匹配设计。最后利用AVL CRUISE软件创建整车仿真模型,设置相关性能仿真任务,通过仿真结果分析纯电动客车的动力性和经济性,最后进行相同工况和配置的仿真比较。最后将参数值带入软件,运行的仿真结果符合整车动力性能与经济性性能的指标要求。关键词:纯电动;公交客车:动力系统;参数匹配;AVL CRUISE-I-Power system matching design of a medium sized pure electric busAbstractIn recent years,the automobile industry has developed rapidly,and the per capitaownership of traditional fuel vehicles has been increasing year by year,which also makes thecrisis that the fuel oil automobile industry is facing gradually bigger.Severe energy andenvironmental problems have brought great pressure and challenges to the fuel vehiclemarket,but human beings need the existence of cars to speed up the development of society,pure electric vehicles have become the general trend of the current market,and the pureelectric bus is an essential means of transportation for urban road traffic,but because of thecurrent pure electric bus technology there are still shortcomings.Based on this,this papersome medium-sized match the dynamic system of pure electric bus is designed.Combined with the existing research on the power system of pure electric bus at homeand abroad,referring to the structural parameters and working condition analysis of mediumbus,the parameter matching calculation and selection were carried out from the overallmatching design and the matching design of the power system.Finally,through comparison,AVL Cruise simulation software was used to analyze the simulation results of parametercalculation and matching.Whether this design match scheme and parameters meet thedesign goal in this paper.First of all,on the bus driving condition analysis,by bus driving characteristics,determine the overall design of the design vehicle of two solutions,secondly according tothe basic design of pure electric bus vehicle parameters and performance indicators,Thepeak power of the motor is determined by calculating the maximum power of the maximumspeed,and the model of the driving motor is selected.After calculating the transmission ratioof the two schemes respectively,one of the schemes is compared and selected.Then,thepower battery pack is selected respectively and the matching design of energy,power,voltage and the number and connection mode of a single battery is carried out.Finally,AVLCRUISE software was used to create a vehicle simulation model,and relevant performancesimulation tasks were set.The power and economy of the pure electric bus were analyzedthrough the simulation results.Finally,the simulati
