本科论文AbstractSafety pre-evaluation is a research and analysis between project construction.Accordingto the relevant laws,regulations,standards and norms of the country and industry,it usessafety science method to analyze the possible risks of construction projects in advance toreduce the occurrence of disasters,and even if it happens,it can also take appropriate safetymeasures in advance to mitigate the losses caused by injuries.This pre-evaluation is the safety pre-evaluation of the production project of 5000 tons ofaluminium materials per year.The project consists of a distribution room,three warehouses,four workshops and a fire pump room.It mainly adopts vertical semi-continuous castingtechnology,vertical continuous equipment driven by wire rope,and hot extrusion formingtechnology for aluminium profile.This pre-evaluation evaluates the safety of site selection,general layout,production unitsand public auxiliary engineering units,so as to further understand the possible hazards of fire,explosion and electrical injury,and take timely measures.Key words:safety pre-evaluation;casting:fire and explosion
