本科论文AbstractAs an important fine chemical product,fluorescent brightener has a wide range ofindustrial applications and good market prospects.In order to improve the marketcompetitiveness of paper,detergent and textile and meet the production of these dailynecessities,the demand for fluorescent whitening agent is also increasing.However,fluorescent whitening agent belongs to the production unit of hazardous chemicals,and thesafety management of the production site should be done well before determining the qualityand quantity.Safety production is a solid foundation for the long-term development of anenterprise.If the safety management is improper,once an accident occurs,it will cause greatharm to people,property,surrounding environment,etc.Therefore,it is of great significanceto improve the safety risk assessment of fluorescent brightener production.This paper firstdiscusses the application of fluorescent whitening agent,market prospect and the currentsituation of safety production research at home and abroad,then introduces the basic theoryapplicable to the safety risk assessment of the project,and gives the theoretical basis for thelater discussion;then introduces the basic overview of the new project of the company,including the number of personnel,production materials,supporting facilities,etc.,andidentifies the Next,the safety checklist method is used to evaluate the general layout,and thepre hazard analysis method is used to analyze the hazardous factors in the production process.Finally,from the three aspects of safety technology,safety management and occupationalhealth and safety management,the paper puts forward safety risk response strategies,whichprovides management basis for the smooth implementation of the new fluorescent whiteningagent project.Key words:safety risk assessment;safety risk;safety checklist method;pre hazard analysismethod
