本科论文AbstractIn recent years,with the continuous development of the metallurgical industry,thedemand for passivated magnesium powder has been increasing.In order to meet the marketneeds and enhance the enterprise and competitiveness,a company decided to build a newpassive magnesium powder project.In the production process,if there is no effectiveguarantee due to safety issues,once an accident occurs,the consequences are unimaginable,which will bring huge losses and injuries to the personnel on the site and destroy thesurrounding environment.This thesis first studies the research background,research significance,and developmentstatus of the safety evaluation,mainly analyzes the safety evaluation of the project,and basedon the principles and methods of the evaluation,it will be the basis for the following research.Then analyze the basic overview of a company's new passivation magnesium powder project,reveal the safety conditions and safe production conditions of the project,and then analyzethe dangerous and harmful factors during production.Then divide the evaluation unit andselect the evaluation method.Use Safety Checklist Method (SCL)for site selection andgeneral layout,Pre-hazard Analysis (PHA)for production and equipment,and Fault TreeAnalysis(FTA)for major accidents.Then through analysis to formulate appropriate protectivemeasures and emergency measures.Laid the foundation for the safety construction andproduction of the project.Keywords:safety assessment;safety risk:passivated magnesium powder;Safety ChecklistMethod (SCL):Pre-hazard Analysis (PHA):Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
