本科论文abstractThis research project belongs to a new project,and the research results are obtainedthrough a large number of literature queries and case studies.At present,the most popularfilling material in the electrothermal product market is high-quality electrical grademagnesium oxide,which is also the ideal material for the industry and the new focus oftechnological innovation in the industry.In addition to meeting the needs of China's relevantindustries,it is also exported to European and American countries in large quantities.Nearlyfour-fifths of the materials produced are in the northern Chinese city of liaoning.Therefore,we must seize the historic opportunity to create industrial and economic progress.During theconstruction and production of the project,all the equipment and workers are provided by thecompany.In the process of operation,all workers are likely to be injured.It is necessary toanalyze the possible injuries in the production process in advance through hazardidentification,that is,to identify potential hazards and risks.The purpose is to conduct riskassessment by identifying hazards and risks and using the methods of analysis and assessment,using the severity standard and the method of accident probability.At the same time,it is alsoan essential and important link to prevent occupational hazards and diseases in industrialproduction.The main problem of this project research is to identify the possible injuries ofworkers in the process of production and operation,and combine with the new construction ofthis project,use scientific and reasonable safety evaluation methods to identify and assess therisk,and predict the severity of the risk,including safety inspection method,hazard analysismethodl,the fault through research and analysis,the objective of the main potential risks arenoise hazards,mechanical damage,impact,falling objects,burns,electric shock damage,vehicle inductrial injury,fire,explosion,dust pollution of boiler.Combined with relevantindustry standards and accident experience of other similar enterprises,reasonable andeffective preventive measures are proposed.Key words:safety risk assessment;safety risk;safety checklist method;pre hazard analysismethod;fault tree analysis method
