ANALYSIS OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTCOST MANAGEMENTABSTRACTThe construction project is the window of the image of China's constructionenterprises.With the increasingly fierce competition in China's construction market,thequality of the project and the degree of civilized construction are also constantlyimproving.How to do a good job in project cost management is a key link in the long-termvirtuous cycle of enterprise operation.In order to study the cost management of construction projects,this paper brieflydescribes the composition,connotation and principles of cost analysis and control of theconstruction cost of construction projects,and analyzes the problems existing in the currentconstruction of construction projects such as the weak cost management control andeconomic awareness of managers,the low quality of personnel,and the serious waste ofmaterials.On this basis,targeted solutions are put forward,including strengthening the costmanagement and economic awareness of management personnel strengthening themanagement of engineering materials and mechanical equipment,doing a good job in costprediction and pre-control and contract management,improving the effectiveness andoperability of cost accounting,and taking new technology and new process measures tocontrol engineering costs.Through case analysis we can understand the problems andcountermeasures of current project cost management.At the end of the paper,I hope this papercan provide some reference for enterprises in the management and control of construction costof engineering projects.KEY WORDS:civil engineering,construction engineering,project cost management
