Abstract:With the continuous development of national economy,programmablecontroller control technology and automatic control technology are alsoconstantly developing.PLC control technology can be seen everywhere inevery object in our life.Water is a part of essential in human life,butwith the increase of population,the pressure of water will also increase.In order to achieve the purpose of energy saving,this design uses frequencyconverter to control the water pump.By using PID control algorithm toprovide constant pressure water supply,and introducing upper computerconfiguration technology,and using upper computer monitoring software tomonitor the whole equipment,a clear control system can be clearlydisplayed,thus promoting human-computer interaction.In order toprevent the standby pump from being used for a long time,the standby pumpwill not work normally.In this design,the inverted pump function willbe used to control the main pump and the standby pump.Key words:constant pressure water supply;Frequency converter;PIDcontrol algorithm;Reverse pump function.
