本科论文um-sized enterprises on the market are growing like mushrooms.These small andmedium-sized enterprises do not have the ability to build their own office buildings,so most of them choose to rent one floor or several offices in their office buildingsas their office space.The modern office building is not only used as a business office space,it is often a commercial building that combines business office and business entertainment.The architectural design principles and structural calculation results of the architectural design of the Xinghaiwan No.1 office building in Dalian are explained,and a detailed calculation process is attached.The construction part must complete the requirements of the mission statement on the premise of ensuringstructural safety.In the design process,first of all,the design of the building is carried out.In the design,a comprehensive analysis of the plan function of the office building is carried out in order to achieve a space combination that meets the requirements and meets the requirements.And use AutoCAD software to draw the structural construction drawing,elevation drawing and section drawing;and then design and calculate the structure.The structural calculation adopts the combination of computer and manual calculation,and the computer calculation uses Yingjianke software for calculation.Manual calculation completes the load calculation,and performs foundation and first-grade frame reinforcement;then Yingjian Branch software completes the calculation of the reinforcement of the floor,beam,and column,and finally draws the structural construction drawing of the beam,plate,and column.The final result is a complete architectural construction drawings and structural construction drawings.This graduation design work not only improved my personal professional level,but also laid a solid foundation for future work and life.At the same time,this design will also provide a reference for more office design in the future and promote the development of the entire office design direction.Keywords:Office building;Architectural design;Structural design
