H工程项目施工质量管理分析

ABSTRACTWith the economic development and social progress,especially after the reform and opening up,Chinese construction market has developed by leaps and bounds.The construction industry is thepillar industry of our national economy,and the state has issued policies to vigorously support thedevelopment of the construction industry.China's accession to the World Trade Organization hasbrought great opportunities for the development of various industries,but also brought greatchallenges.Construction enterprises are facing unprecedented competitive pressure in the wave ofeconomic development.With the development of economic globalization,Chinese constructionenterprises are facing the competition from international contractors.Networking and have injectednew power into the traditional construction industry,and information management has become anew trend of project management development.With the improvement of the quality of life,peoplehave higher and higher requirements for the appearance,quality and performance of constructionproducts.The quality of construction products determines the weight for construction enterprises tosurvive in the fierce market competition.Due to the characteristics of unrepeatable production,longcycle,large mobility and various modes of production,construction projects have certain difficultiesin project management,and quality management and control have become the top priority of projectmanagement.This paper takes the construction project of H project as the research object,focuses on theproblems existing in project quality management and control,and takes H project as the object toanalyze the current situation of quality management and control.The problems and causes ofquality management and control are analyzed from the point of view of theory and practice.Thecountermeasures that should be taken for the quality problems of H project,which is the key anddifficult point of the research,and strives to give the solution strategy from multiple angles and alldirections;The implementation and guarantee of H project construction project quality managementand control countermeasures,which can not be implemented without the guarantee of enterpriseorganization,management technology,economy,manpower,culture and so on.Key words:quality management;construction words;countermeasure
