Optimization of location and distribution of intelligentexpress cabinets-a case study of the neighborhood committee of porttown,Zhongshan City[Abstract]In recent years,with the rapid development of e-commerce,online shopping has become more and more common in our daily life,and onlineshopping is gradually accepted by people.With the rapid increase of online shoppingvolume,the business volume of express industry is also greatly increased,whichmakes the traditional logistics distribution mode not suitable for the currentdevelopment.The emergence of intelligent express cabinet makes the deliveryproblem of express in the last kilometer get worse In order to optimize,a largenumber of intelligent express cabinets began to enter each community,but how tolocate the intelligent express cabinets is a problem worthy of discussion.Therefore,how to locate the intelligent express cabinets or optimize the distribution of thepositions of the delivered express cabinets,and improve the utilization of informationis imminent.Taking the community of the neighborhood committee of port town as anexample,aiming at the problems existing in the distribution of intelligent expresscabinets in this area,this paper collects data through field interviews,questionnairesurveys and other ways,combines the local actual situation and logistics knowledge,and makes use of logistics knowledge,and puts forward suggestions for optimizingthe distribution of intelligent express cabinets in this area[Key words]Intelligent express cabinet;Community;Site selectiondistribution optimization;The center of gravity method
