Analysis and improvement of warehouse distributionintegration in Jingdong lege Logistics Park[Abstract]In recent years,the rapid development ofe-commerce industry has a hugeimpact on people's consumption habits,logistics pressure increases dramatically.Inorder to adapt to the rapid development of e-commerce industry,logistics enterprisesshould establish their own integrated plan of warehouse distribution integration.Thispaper analyzes the warehouse distribution integration process of Jingdong legelogistics park by observation method and literature survey method,introduces theoperation process of warehouse distribution integration in detail,then collects staffopinions and relevant data of management personnel by interview method,points outthe shortcomings of the warehouse distribution integration process,and finallyimproves the warehouse distribution integration scheme of Jingdong lege LogisticsPark based on the ESIA analysis method.[Keywords]E-commerce industry Warehouse distribution integrationJingdonglege Logistics Park Analysis and improvement
