居民小区配送方式现状与优化研究——以广州市越秀区五羊新城为例

Research on the present situation and optimization ofdistribution mode in residential area-Take Wuyang new town,Yuexiu District,Guangzhou asan example[Abstract]With the rapid development of e-commerce,China's express deliveryindustry is accompanied by the diversification of consumer demand for distributionservices.Distribution mode is the part closest to consumers in distribution service.The improvement of distribution mode will directly improve the service experience ofconsumers.This paper takes the residential district distribution mode of Wuyang newtown,Yuexiu District,Guangzhou as the research object,analyzes the currentsituation and existing problems of the existing distribution mode,and puts forwardoptimization methods.According to Literature,it is determined that the current distribution methodsused in residential areas can be divided into two categories,namely,direct distributionand fixed-point independent pick-up,each with advantages and problems,which isthe theoretical reference for the study.Through the questionnaire survey,we can getthe customers'intention about the residential distribution mode,and provide thedirection for the optimization method.At last,the paper classifies and summarizes the actual problems of thedistribution mode of each community in Wuyang new city,and finds that there aremany problems in the survey object,and puts forward a series of optimizationschemes for these problems.Above all,the problems of direct distribution in Wuyang new town need to besolved by optimizing the system.The problem of fixed-point independent picking upis mainly in the management of people,and it needs to be manned.[Key words]Community logistics;Distribution mode;End delivery
