Research on order management process optimization ofinventory enterprises Chitosan[Abstract]In recent years due to the rapid development of economy,more andmore markets and to market competition,market competition is increasingly fierce,many different brands of goods in the same class in terms of performance,appearance,and even loss of copy each other on marketing,different brand products to small,thegap between customer service levels has become the enterprise competition in themarket,expand the market share of important means to effectively.As the most direct contact between enterprises and customers,the service qualityof orders has a direct impact on customer experience,thus affecting the profitabilityof enterprises.Inventory enterprise orders have a short lead time,inventory is difficultto control orders are prone to the occurrence of order scrambling,which directlyaffects the response efficiency of customer orders,so that the service competitivenessof the enterprise becomes weak.This thesis mainly based on the theory of business process,use the ESIA analysisin the process optimization method,order management to LJ group as a case isanalyzed to bitter,from the surface it is concluded that the method to solve theproblem of order management and the actual existing problems,and improve theefficiency of the completion of customer orders,reducing supply enterprises operatingcosts,improve the soft power of the enterprise market competition.[Keywords]Order management Overflow optimization Inventory enterprise
