Discussion on the construction and optimization ofoverseas warehouse in the development of cross-borderE-commerce[Abstract]In recent years,with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,China's cross-border logistics timeliness,low cost and high problem has becomeincreasingly prominent.The emergence of overseas warehouse is to shorten thetransportation and distribution cycle,reduce the transportation cost,solve theproblems of imperfect after-sales service,so more and more attention by the country.Many cross-border e-commerce companies choose to build warehouses overseas toexpand market share and shorten the logistics cycle.As an important trade partner ofChina,Russia has attracted many cross-border e-commerce enterprises.However,dueto the special political environment and logistics background of Russia,manyproblems still need to be solved if cross-border e-commerce enterprises want to gain afoothold in the Russian market.Based on this background,this paper adopts themethod of combining literature research and case analysis to discuss the concept ofcross-border e-commerce logistics,the main construction mode of overseaswarehouse and the current situation of cross-border e-commerce development inChina under the guidance of the theoretical knowledge of logistics.Based on the caseof speedway,possible problems in overseas warehouse construction and their causesare found.Based on the theoretical knowledge of logistics and references,thecountermeasures in the process of overseas warehouse construction of speedway areanalyzed,and the countermeasures for overseas warehouse construction in thedevelopment of cross-border e-commerce are summarized.[Keywords]E-commerce logistics;cross border logistics;overseas warehouseconstruction
