AbstractWith the development of Internet plus,information has become themain driving force for the development of a society and the growth ofnational economy.The accelerated development of the Internet and thecontinuous popularization of mobile terminals have greatly strengthened thedevelopment of the Internet and traditional industries.Talent shows itself inthe traditional industry,and many enterprises turn to the Internet in the formof Internet plus mode.According to the latest data from the Ministry oftransport,it is an indisputable fact that the road passenger traffic volume ofroad passenger transport enterprises continues to decline.The scale ofconvenient,comfortable and efficient travel continued to increase,and thepassenger traffic volume of railway and civil aviation maintained rapidgrowth.In the development of traditional enterprises,there are many newproblems and contradictions.Some traditional enterprises still havedifficulties in production and operation.Only by accelerating thetransformation process can danger be turned into opportunities.In today's era,this study will analyze the operation and development ofdomestic road passenger transport enterprises,summarize the data of roadpassenger transport volume from 2016 to 2019,draw the trend of roadpassenger transport enterprises'operation status,compare the transformationmeasures of many well-known domestic passenger transport enterprises,understand the transformation mode and method of the industry,and analyzethe transformation after the transformation Based on the comprehensiveanalysis and research,this paper points out the advantages and bottlenecks ofthe traditional road passenger transport enterprises in the process of logisticstransformation,and solves the obstacles of the transformation of Foshanautomobile transport group from many aspects,so as to provide the path andstrategy for the successful transformation.Key words:Road passenger transport transformation and developmentlogistics transformation
