Study on controlling supply chain logistics cost ofGuangzhou HEMA fresh food store[Abstract]With the improvement of consumption level of urban and ruralresidents,people's demand for fresh fruits and vegetables gradually tends todiversified development.People put forward higher requirements for the qualitysafety,quality and purchase convenience of fresh products.In this context,someenterprises have explored the market of cold chain fresh products,and the marketshare of cold chain fresh industry has gradually expanded.How to use effectivemeasures to effectively control the logistics cost of the enterprise's own supply chainhas become the key for fresh food retail enterprises to stand out in the market.This paper mainly uses the methods of theoretical research and case analysis.Through the relevant literature to understand the theoretical basis of cold chainlogistics cost.Understand the development of cold chain logistics cost control and themethods of cold chain logistics cost control.Taking Guangzhou HEMA fresh foodstore as an example,through on-the-spot investigation and interview to understand thecomposition,influencing factors and current situation of the logistics cost control ofGuangzhou HEMA fresh food supply chain.According to the collected data,thispaper points out the existing problems in the logistics cost control,and calculates andanalyzes the logistics cost of HEMA fresh food supply chain by using activity-basedcosting Further optimization measures are proposed.[Keywords]Cold chain logistics HEMA fresh Logistics cost control of coldchain Activity-based costing
