Research on the optimization of the "last kilometer"distribution mode of express delivery in colleges anduniversities -a case study of cainiao post in zhongshancampus of guangdong pharmaceutical university[Abstract]With the rapid development of e-commerce,the demand foronline shopping among college students is growing rapidly,and the volume of expressdelivery business on college campuses is constantly increasing.The express serviceon college campuses is attracting attention from all parties.The campus logisticsexpress market is increasingly prosperous,and Cai Niao Courier Station's post modehas become the mainstream mode of express delivery on college campuses.As animportant part of the online shopping group,the purchasing power of college studentsis increasing year by year.Due to the characteristics of this group,such asconcentrated living and fixed pickup time,the campus express delivery business isextremely busy,and the accompanying phenomenon of random placement of expressdelivery and crowded pickup at Cai Niao Courier Station has exerted a negativeimpact on the campus environment.Therefore,understanding the current situation ofcampus logistics development is conducive to building a reasonable campus expressenvironment and promoting the optimization of pick-up and delivery services.Thisresearch takes Cai Niao Courier Station in Zhongshan campus of GuangdongPharmaceutical University as an example.Through the investigation and analysis ofCai Niao Courier Station under building B of student dormitory,it summarizes theproblems existing in the campus express service of Cai Niao Courier Station and putsforward corresponding Suggestions to improve the service efficiency and quality.This paper mainly adopts the method of case analysis.Taking Cai NiaoCourier Station in Zhongshan campus of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University as anexample,this paper collects first-hand data through interviews and field visits,studies
