Research on Satisfaction of Rural Residents withExpress Service-Take Dachong Town,Zhongshan CityAbstract I In recent years,with the rapid development of express logisticsindustry model,the modernization level and industrial structure of express logisticsservice in China are still far lower than those in developed countries,and there aremany disadvantages and deficiencies in many fields.In order to effectively improvethe level of domestic express delivery,first of all,it is necessary to improve theservice quality and customer satisfaction to improve the customer's logistics Trust andsupport of enterprises.At present,the biggest problem that affects and limits thesurvival and development of express logistics enterprises is the generally low qualityof express service.On this basis,the industry should pay attention to improving itsservice quality to meet the basic needs of consumers,so as to establish a better imageand reputation.Therefore,this paper takes the township residents who have receivedexpress service in Dayong town of Zhongshan City as the survey object,calculates thespecific situation and information of express customer satisfaction by means of onlinequestionnaire survey and SPSS statistical data analysis,mainly analyzes therelationship between the quality of express service and customer satisfaction,andfurther analyzes the residents of Dayong town of Zhongshan City Demand andevaluation of express service.According to the actual development status of expresslogistics enterprises,in order to improve the satisfaction of their customers with theservice quality of express delivery,this paper gives corresponding opinions andsuggestions,so as to promote the improvement of the service quality of expressdelivery in Dayong Town,Zhongshan City,help enterprises obtain good public praise,continuously expand the standardization and order of logistics express business,reduce the risk of express consumption,and further adjust and optimize the logisticsThe operation management system provides the corresponding research results and
