Research on the implementation of "green"e-commercelogistics warehouse-Take Dongbai Park as an example[Abstract]With the electronic commerce market growing,more and morelogistics activities are produced,and the resource and environmental protectionproblems involved are becoming more and more serious,but for most logisticsenterprises,It is still difficult to join in green logistics,because we need to take intoaccount the enterprise's benefit,operation,capital and other factors.In order to makeit easier for enterprises to implement green logistics This paper through fieldinvestigation,on the spot observation and experience of the off food warehouse inDongbai Park,participating in the daily operation of the warehouse,the problems ofresource utilization and personnel training in picking,packing and other operations inwarehouse operation are found,and through literature and field analysis,to promotethe reduction of daily packaging process by establishing the selection standard ofconsumables,in addition,analyze the training content,optimizing the training ofemployees according to the actual situation.Through the improvement of these details,we can promote the green operation activities in the warehouse and promote the greenlogistics.[Key word]E-commerce warehouse E-commerce logistics Greening
