AbstractOral diseases have become a major problem in today's society,so theoral health of children should be paid more attention to,so in oral healthpromotion design in children is a very worth us to think and to explore thetopic.We were pleasantly surprised to find that cartoon culture has a goodvisual communication and interpretation effect in this propaganda design.This paper studies the characteristics of cartoon culture and its influence onchildren's visual communication and emotional expression,and it will beused in children's oral health propaganda design.From the visualcommunication as the incision of cartoon culture,through the cartoon design,and improve the effect of children's oral health propaganda design by visualcommunication design.And through this propaganda design to children toform a good oral health habits and prevention of oral diseases.Key words:cartoon culture promotion design children's oral healthⅡ
