Intelligent Livestock Breeding Control SystemAbstractIn order to improve the intelligent management of animal husbandry,an intelligent man-machineinteractive animal husbandry control system was designed.This system includes scraper controlsystem,intelligent control platform and labview upper computer interface.The scraper controlsystem consists of scraper,limit switch,Hall element,three-phase motor,etc.Its work is tooperate the scraper controller through the data sent by the upper computer,which is simple andreliable,the man-machine interaction interface is simple to operate,the data reception is reliable,and the control of the scraper is monitored in real time.By controlling the running direction ofthe scraper and changing the rotation mode of the scraper through a motor,the solid and liquidcan be directly separated,the cost of sewage treatment can be reduced,and the sewage treatmentquantity can be reduced.Observe the operation of the scraper according to the transmitted data toprevent the machine from malfunctioning.In addition,the system is also equipped with dht11,MQ-3 and other sensors.Through the data acquisition module,the concentration of ambient gasand the temperature of the environment are detected.If it exceeds the range,an alarm will begiven and the equipment will be operated to prevent the occurrence of accidents.The intelligentcontrol platform is also equipped with intelligent feed water,which uses a water sensor to detectthe water level and give appropriate amount of water.Check the height of food and giveappropriate materials.For the safety of the system,we use the corner wheel combined with Hallelement to detect the rotation speed of the motor through magnetic effect,and the Hall elementwill output different TTL levels according to the change of speed.If the motor speed is different,the intelligent livestock breeding system will stop working.The upper computer interfacedisplays the current state parameters of the system through serial communication.The design ofthe interface is more humanized and the user can use it more simply [1].The system is alsoequipped with power-off protection measures,which can realize 24-hour automatic control ofliving environment.Intelligent defecation can improve work efficiency,reduce labor workload,reduce pollution and prevent diseases such as plague.The role of intelligent breeding controlsystem in large-scale breeding of animal husbandry in China is immeasurable.Key words:Scraper three-phase motor upper computer interface Hall element0
