AbstractGlutathione restorassis is a very important antioxidant enzyme that plays a key role in thebody's antioxidant system.In order to study the effect of herbal medicine on gr geneexpression,this experiment was based on large yellow pseudomonks.By adding differentdoses of the compound of herbal medicine to the main feed,gene expression in differenttissues has been compared with the use of real-time fluorescence of quantitative PCRtechnique.Characteristics.The results showed that the expression of the glutathione gene ineach experimental group decreased to varying degrees compared to the control group,but thedifference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results providebasic evidence for the application of Chinese herbal medicine as bait supplements in the feedof large yellow fish,and provide a preliminary research base for Chinese herbal medicine asan immune booster for fish.Key words:compound Chinese herbal medicine Pseudosciaena crocea;glutathionereductase;gene expression;
