北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文Design of glutamate fermentation workshop with an annual output of50,000tonsAbstractMonosodium glutamate has become a kind of freshener commonly used in people's dailywork,diet and daily life.It is generally considered as a carbohydrates of L-glutamatemonosodium salt.Its product price and market consumption have been on the rise at homeand abroad.At present,there are many main pretreatment and preparation methods ofglutamic acid in the world,such as the famous protein hydrolysis method,artificial glutamicacid synthesis method and fermentation method,and fermentation method is widely used athome and abroad.The main way of glutamic acid fermentation is aeration fermentation.Inthis paper,the main fermentation technology and equipment of glutamic acid were introduced.The main contents of this paper are as follows:in order to let people know the specificproduction method and process of raw material pretreatment,fermentation and extraction inglutamate production,this paper has carried out material balance,heat balance andconfiguration and selection of main equipment for raw material consumption in theproduction process.Finally,this paper draws the production process flow chart and factorylayout of each section of fermentation process.At the same time,in the process of glutamicacid fermentation,there are also by-products,such as waste bacteria,which can be fullyutilized to develop by-industry,such as biological fertilizer.Key words:monosodium glutamate;Glutamate fermentation;Process calculation;Equipment selection
