饲料中添加复方中草药对大黄鱼CAT基因表达的影响

AbstractIn this paper,yellow croaker,an important mariculture fish in China,was taken as the research object.In order to explore the effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on the catalase(CAT)gene expression of yellow croaker,this experiment analyzed the relative expression changes of cat gene after feeding Chinese herbal medicine by adding different proportions of compound Chinese herbal medicine (Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Morinda officinalis,angelica sinensis,medlar,poria cocos,atractylodes macrocephala,etc.)into the feed of yellow croaker and taking kidney tissue of yellow croaker as experimental material after 30 days of feeding.The results showed that Compared with the control group,the expression of this gene in all the experimental groups decreased to different degrees (except the E2 group),and the expression of E5 group decreased themost (72%).the expression of CAT gene in El,E3 and E4 groups decreased to thesame degree,ranging from 40%to 50%.The expression level of the E2 group was 41%higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference among the groups(P>0.05).This study Fruit for Chinese herbal medicine as bait additives to enhance the immunity of fish.Key words yellow croaker;compound Chinese herbal medicine;catalase;geneexpression.
