ABSTRACTThese days,the revolution of information technology is happening,which isknown as the Internet era.People use Internet technologies whenever and whereverthey like,including their smart phones that can enrich and facilitate people's daily life.As the country's strong support for the telecommunications industry,China hasgradually become the largest mobile phone sales market.In this paper,the overallpicture of smart phone enterprises is analyzed.Huawei and Apple mobile phonecompanies are chosen as specific swot analysis cases,investigating their ownadvantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats and comparing their financialdata,corresponding financial strategies,core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore the following conclusions are drawn.Huawei seizes the opportunity of theInternet era and it is entitled to the country's preferential policies,focusing on human,material and financial resources and strives to enhance the ability of independentinnovation,to expand research and development teams and funds.Besides,Huaweifocus on the main business and upholds the concept of customer-first.On the otherhand,it still needs to improve company's reputation,to enhance customer loyalty andbrand awareness,to insist on investing funds for research and development,todevelop a suitable financial strategy for Huawei to further overseas expansion and toprovide financial security.Keywords:enterprises of smart phones;SWOT method;financial strategies;corecompetence
