哈尔滨石油学院本科生毕业设计(论文)AbstractWhen natural gas is used as fuel,it will produce acid components.It will not onlycause the corrosion of machines and pipelines in the process of mining,processing,storageand transportation,but also harm the health of users.Therefore,when the acid content ofnatural gas exceeds the commercial gas quality index and the necessary conditions forpipeline transportation,it must be removed to the allowable value by appropriate methods.In this paper,the sulfur removal treatment is carried out for the high content ofhydrogen sulfide in the feed gas of No.3 gathering and transportation station in Taheoilfield.According to the mature process models at home and abroad,the sulfur recoveryrate and recovery process of Tahe No.3 Gas Gathering and transmission station and thephysical property analysis of MDEA solution are carried out,and a reasonabledesulfurization scheme is selected.The product specifications,agent consumption,energyconsumption comparison,technical and economic comparison are explained respectively.The design scheme of desulfurization process for natural gas gathering and transmissionstation is defined.Combined with the regeneration selection of MDEA +LO-CATdesulfurization process,an optimal explanation is obtained to achieve the ultimate goal ofnatural gas desulfurization.Keywords:desulfurization process;equipment selection;MDEA solution;regenerationselection
