大学本科生毕业设计(论文)Design of 30000 m'/d Sewage Treatment Project for anIndustrial Park in Hebei ProvinceAbstractChina's industry has developed rapidly,but industrialization has broughtserious environmental pollution while promoting economic growth.Theemergence of industrial park makes industrial construction more standardized andeasier to manage.Industrial wastewater in industrial park should be properlytreated to reduce environmental pollution and damage.The topic is the design of 30000 m3/d sewage treatment project for anindustrial park in Hebei province.The design water volume contains 20000 m3/dindustrial wastewater and 10000 m3/d domestic sewage.The main indexes ofdesigned inlet water quality are:COD 446.67 (613.33)mg/L:BODs 190 mg/L;NH3-N 43.33 mg/L;TN 55 mg/L;TP 6.0 mg/L;SS 400 mg/L.The effluent waterquality is up to the level-1 A standard of "urban sewage treatment plant emissionstandards"(GB18918-2012).Based on the analysis of the quality of the inlet water,hydrolyticacidification tank was chose to improve the biodegradability of the wastewater.By comparing the modified A2/0 process and the improved Carrousel ditchprocess in detail,the more economical and appropriate modified A2/0 process wasfinally determined to be adopted as the main secondary treatment process,and thebiochemical treatment effect was guaranteed by adding methanol carbon source.In order to make the concentration of TP and SS reach the standard in sewagedischarge,the high-density sedimentation tank and the fiber turntable filterprocess were finally adopted after the comparison of various further treatmentprocess.This topic of the final design process is:the incoming sewage is first filteredthrough the coarse grille,and then through the pump to ascend into the fine grille,rotational flow grit chamber,hydrolysis acidification tank and complete thepretreatment.After that,it was put into the modified A2/0 pool for biochemicaltreatment.Finally,it was discharged after reaching the standard though thehigh-density sedimentation tank,the fiber turntable filter tank and the disinfectiontank.The construction cost of the sewage treatment plant is 50 million yuan,andthe cost of sewage treatment is 1.48 yuan/m3.-Ⅱ-
